Scott Salisbury, ATC, CSCS
Scott is a certified athletic trainer with over 8 years of clinical experience in assisting athletes and other patients return to their highest level of function.  Scott is our Industrial Medicine Team Leader.  Scott has earned his Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification, allowing him to build programs for athletes or individuals desiring to achieve the highest level of performance possible.  He is also an industrial medicine specialist, leading our industrial medicine team in performing work-site and return-to-work services to our patients.  Scott is currently finishing his Doctor of Physical Therapy at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA.

Scott was born and raised in Kewanee, attending Kewanee High School and Western Illinois University, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education with emphasis in Athletic Training.  He has been actively involved in Kewanee's Sports Medicine community, providing sideline coverage for area high schools, sports medicine outreach services, and community education for coaches and the community.

Scott and his family reside in Kewanee.

Miranda Murray, ATC
Miranda is a certified athletic trainer with a great deal of clinical experience, having provided sports medicine services at Northern Illinois University.  Miranda joined our team of dedicated and skilled staff as our Sports Medicine Team Leader, and assists in providing sports medicine outreach to our local high school teams.  Miranda enjoys working with patients of all ages and assisting them in their recovery and rehabilitation.

Miranda was born and raised in Galva, Illinois, attending Galva High School and Northern Illinois University, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training.

Miranda currently resides in Galva.

April Taylor, PTA
April is a physical therapist assistant with over 7 years of clinical experience as a PTA.  She has worked in multiple setting including outpatient, inpatient, long-term care, and home care.  April works hard both for and with her patients, always keeping the focus on pain control and return to normal function.

April was born and raised in Kewanee, attending Kewanee High School and Black Hawk College, earning an Associates Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.  April is currently finishing her Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy at St. Ambrose University.

April resides in Kewanee with her husband.

Christine Weidner, PTA
Chris is a physical therapist assistant with over 9 years of clinical experience as a PTA.  She has worked in multiple setting including outpatient, inpatient, long-term care, and home care.  Chris is also a member of our industrial medicine team, and is working toward her industrial medicine specialist certification.  Chris enjoys seeing her patients' quality of life improve as they recover from injury or illness.

Chris was born and raised in Galva, attending Galva High School and Black Hawk College, earning an Associates Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Chris and her family live near Buda, Illinois.

Jon DeBord, PT, MS, ATC, SCS
Jon is a cum laude graduate of Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois where he earned his Bachelor's of Science in Physical Therapy.  He then went on to Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah where he earned a Masters of Science in Athletic Training.  In addition to being a licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer he is also a Board Certified Clinical Specialists in Sports Physical Therapy, an American Physical Therapy Association Certified Clinical Instructor, and a certified examiner for the Board of Certification for Athletic Training.  The combination of his education and certifications has led him to work in various settings and specialties.

Jon's background consists of working in the outpatient, inpatient, skilled nursing, long term care, and home health settings.  In his previous position he developed and implemented an outreach sports medicine program for several area high schools, and he continues to provide these services today.  He has provided community education programs in areas of sports medicine and orthopedics, and is a nationally recognized speaker on the use of modalities in physical therapy.  Jon developed a seminar titled "Therapeutic Modalities: An Evidence-Based Approach," which he provides to other rehabilitation professionals across the country.  Jon has also had the opportunity to be an invited presenter at The Great Lakes Athletic Training Association Winter Meeting, at Bradley University, and recently presented two new topics at Cross Country Education's Rehab Summit.

Jon is an active member of the following professional and local associations:

       - American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation
       - Kiwanis International

Jon is thrilled to be able to provide Kewanee and the surrounding communities with aggressive patient care.  He is dedicated to taking the steps needed to return patients to their jobs and daily activities.  Jon works closely with all people involved in treating the patient including physicians and case managers.  With every patient that Jon treats he strives to restore human performance and produce favorable results.

Jon, his wife Emily, and their three children, Lilly, Josie, and Parker live just outside of Kewanee.
